Whether I’m with my beloved family and friends or with my clients, I aim to manifest fertile space for those around me to grow more fully into their true selves. I remain open, curious, invested and available as you set your goals for thriving. I orient myself towards you with the conviction that love is both the methodology and the outcome as you pursue healing."
Research and training in trauma interventions and attachment theory has confirmed what I’ve instinctively known to be true: the felt presence of a safe-enough other is inherently healing. From this secure base, even baffling and powerful things like relational unrest, enduring conflict, addiction and trauma can be untwined with much bravery, some fury, and a bit of class. I offer this word of hope as all but a promise: You are worthy of love just as you are. You can love and be loved just as you are. Apart from what you’ve built or what you’ve decimated, you can be free from debilitating shame and pathological pride as you are seen, known, and loved by another.
Counter to what you may be experiencing, sex and sexuality do not have to be a point of angst, and differences or damages in your intimate partnerships do not have to be the end. There is hope for change, and flourishing is within reach. In fact, I have the sneaking suspicion that the capacities for vivacious and healthful living is already within your grasp. There is a wisdom indigenous to your soul, and I honor the light, love, truth, beauty, and peace that is within you. It would be my joy to sojourn with you along the way in this audacious endeavor we call being human.
