I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in addictions, both chemical & behavioral. I have been blessed to be educated and trained by legends in the addiction field. I thrive on learning the newest approaches and hunger for education that helps keep up with these modern times. I love working with individuals who seek to improve their lives and to overcome their addictions. I have experience working with individuals that deal with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma. I specialize in family of origin issues and attachment disorders. I develop rapport quickly with my clients and hope that they know I am here to support them, challenge thinking processes, develop structure and accountability, start seeking new ways of coping, and rebuild integrity in all of their relationships.

I am a die hard Texas Aggie & Cougar Proud! I am a strong Hispanic female and value family and my culture. I am dedicated to my profession and committed to those who choose me as their therapist, counselor, or coach. I pride myself on being accessible and know if you need 5 minutes, 15 minutes, or 30 minutes, I am here for you! I love couples and family work since it's challenging and complex. I can convey compassion and hold you accountable when you need it. I "shoot straight," which some people can handle and some cannot. My goal is not to waste time; life is too short. I hope that if you meet with me you will learn at least one new seed, and then it's up to you to let it grow.
