Relational Recovery Coach
What if the very thing that brings you here today facilitates you becoming the person you want to be but can’t quite imagine? What if the horrific trauma of betrayal opens up your heart so you can truly understand how to be deeply connected to yourself while discovering how to be connected to God and to others?
Betrayal is an indescribable wound to a person’s entire existence. There isn’t an area it doesn’t harm and if left unattended can literally destroy you. The pain is immeasurable and the healing will hopefully be the catalyst that frees you from any false beliefs you’ve carried while trying to make sense of his behaviors. When nothing you’ve tried has worked, you may find yourself wondering what you’ve done wrong and believe you are somehow not whole. I assure you; his behaviors are not about you. After you discover his secret life, then have the truth of what you’ve experienced confirmed by a Therapeutic Disclosure, the situation may bring you opportunities for new beginnings. I’ve personally experienced a similar situation and though I have experienced great suffering, I am becoming the woman I’ve always wanted to be.
I am a Certified Professional Coach trained through iPEC. I am APSATS Certified and Gottman trained. I have also completed the Door of Hope Peer Facilitator partner’s support group training under Donna Dixon. I have led support groups for various organizations such as Redemptive Living for Women by Shelley Martinkus and Brave One Community by Sheri Keffer.
I have worked and trained under Dr. Jake Porter for over five years, specifically in his Couple-Center Recovery Model. I specialize in supporting partners of sex addicts in preparation for therapeutic disclosures. I also do Couples Coaching using the EFT model and lead Partner Support Groups.
It would be an honor to come alongside you and watch you heal then thrive as we peel back the layers of pain and fear that seem relentless on this journey. I will listen as you decide what you desire while offering you comfort. I will champion you in your life changes as I hold hope for you to grow however you decide. You were created to be exactly who you are in this moment so you can bring goodness and light to a world that can’t always comprehend your greatness. Honor yourself by bravely entering a coaching relationship because you are worthy.
