Betrayal trauma often inflicts deep wounds on individuals, couples, and families, causing immense destructiveness. My passion lies in assisting others through this healing process aiming to break free from negative self-beliefs such as “I’m not enough,” or “I’m unlovable or unworthy.” I am eager to walk alongside you on this path toward healing.
As a therapist, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, confronting my own unhealthy patterns and coping mechanisms. Now, I am honored to support others on their journey toward hope and healing. I find fulfillment in working with both individuals and couples. With my trauma informed training, I am equipped to address betrayal trauma and facilitate healing.
My primary passion lies in helping those with broken hearts to find healing and to discover newfound love for themselves and others. With specialized training in EMDR and Brainspotting, I possess the tools to assist individuals on their path to recovery.
In addition to couples with betrayal trauma, I also serve law enforcement officers, first responders, veterans, and their spouses. Licensed in Texas, Florida, Virginia, and Arizona, I am committed to providing support and guidance wherever it's needed.
