A Conversation with the Returning to You™ Team

Learn more about the program's beautiful venue:

Take a breath. Be heard. Find peace. Connect and be restored.

Returning to You™ is a program designed with balance in mind.

Women who participate in the program will find the schedule to promote both structured time for specific processes to facilitate healing from trauma and free times for reflection, conversation, solitude, and rest.

The intimate setting and limited number of participants will foster an atmosphere of connection. Participants will have the opportunity to choose how they spend much of their days. Meals of delicious, clean foods will be served family-style around the table.

Cozy up on the back porch to enjoy the view of the river. Grab a fishing pole to see if you can get a bite. Journal in one of the private window nooks... Whatever it takes to return to yourself.

Designed to treat betrayal trauma from the ground up.

In many cases of betrayal, the one who committed the betrayal has most, if not all, of the available resources dedicated to his recovery, while the partner who was betrayed is left to do the best she can with what she has.

This is often detrimental, not only to the betrayed partner, but also to the relationship and the one who committed the betrayal.

Left untreated, betrayal trauma can have continued effects on the brain and body, manifesting in ongoing symptoms that are costly for everyone involved. Unique among treatment programs, the Returning to You™ program is specifically designed from the ground up for women who have experienced betrayal trauma.

Participants will not only have the opportunity to receive trauma therapy and care from highly trained counselors and coaches, but they will be empowered with a number of options to create a weeklong experience suited to their precise needs for healing and restoration.
